Happy Monday, VST!

Here are some important updates regarding tonight's Mock Meet, which will run from 7:00-8:30(ish):

- Warm Ups start at 7:00 for all ages. We will do a quick 15-minute warm-up for everyone while timers learn a bit about timing.

- Please stay at the mock meet with your swimmer if they (or you) are new to meets or competitive swimming. This is a practice for both families and swimmers!

- We will end around 8:30. It could be earlier depending on the weather. If at any point, the rain gets to where we cannot see the bottom of the pool, we will ask swimmers to get out. 

- Come prepared for the weather. Many of you are signed up to time, and we will need more people! Umbrellas, shoes that can get wet, and quick thumbs are very helpful!
